This site collects personally identifiable information from the people who visit it and fill out forms (such as the 'Tell me about yourself' forms on the buy and sell pages). The information collected (name and contact information) is used by me to get a hold of you. I won't sell or share your information with other people without discussing it with you first.

Because the data gathered are not particularly sensitive, we do not have any security features in place to protect it as it travels from your computer to the the web server and then to my email box. It is important that you don't submit any information to the page that would be potentially be used to harm you by some malicious Internet eaves dropper.

Search Listings page and Featured Listings page

If you create an account to save search listings, and store preferences about homes you like, that information will be maintained by a third party site ( www.snakerivermls.com ) visit their site and review their policies to know how they treat your personal information I cannot be responsible for the use of the information you provide to their site through my search page and my featured listings page.
